• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it, verified by tracking information. If 30 calendar days elapse from time of purchase, no refund or exchange is available.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from the Hydrotab.gr /Store may be returned to us. If you purchased from an authorized Hydrotab distributor, you may contact Hydrotab for customer support questions, but must process returns through the distributor you purchased from. 
• Για να είναι δυνατόν ένα προιόν να επιστραφεί, θα πρέπει να επιστραφεί στην κατάσταση που αρχικά παραλήφθηκε , μαζί με όλα τα υλικά και αξεσουάρ που το συνοδεύουν καθώς και την συσκευασία του.

Για να επιστρέψετε ένα προιόν παρακαλώ επισκευθείτε την σελίδα της Υποστήριξης support page and create a new ticket, choosing Return Request on Ticket category field. Requirements for a ticket to be issued are proof of purchase directly from the Hydrotab.gr Shop and within the 30 calendar day window.

Please do not send your purchase back without our prior confirmation  by RTN (Return Ticket Number) through your mail.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned beyond the 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items, if they are defective or damaged due to transportation (related notification must be provided within 3 days after receiving of the item). If you need to exchange it for the same item, open a ticket at support page επιλέγοντας Τεχνική Υποστήριξη (Technical Support) στο πεδίο Κατηγορία, και όταν εγκριθεί το άιτημά σας και σας κοινοποηθεί ο Αριθμος Επιστροφής (RTN) τότε μόνο μπορείτε αν αποστείλετε το προιόν στην διεύθυνση:

Αφού έχει εγκριθεί η επιστροφή και έχετε λάβει Αριθμό Επιστροφής (RTN), για να επιστρέψετε το προιόν παρακαλω συμπεριλάβετε και το μήνυμα λάβατε με τον Αριθμό Επιστροφής (RTN) μαζί με το επιστρεφόμενο προιόν και μετά στείλτε το στην διεύθυνση:

Για την επιστροφή του προιόντος επιβαρύνεστε με τα έξοδα μεταφοράς. Τα έξοδα μεταφοράς δεν είναι επιστρέψιμα. Ανάλογα με την διεύθυνση αποστολής ο χρόνος παράδοσης ίσως διαφέρει. Εάν στείλετε ένα προιόν αξίας πάνω από 50€ προτιμείστε να ασφαλίσετε το προιόν κατά την διάρκεια της μεταφοράς του, και επιλέξτε κάποια υπηρεσία αποστολών με Μηχανισμό Αναζήτησης Αποστολής. H Hydrotab δεν μπορεί να εγγυηθεί την ασφάλεια των αποστολών και ότι το προιόν θα φτάσει στον προορισμό του.
