Return & Shipping Policy
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it, verified by tracking information. If 30 calendar days elapse from time of purchase, no refund or exchange is available.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from the Hydrotab.gr /Store may be returned to us. If you purchased from an authorized Hydrotab distributor, you may contact Hydrotab for customer support questions, but must process returns through the distributor you purchased from.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the condition in which they were received including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials.
In order to process your return, please visit support page and create a new ticket, choosing Return Request on Ticket category field. Requirements for a ticket to be issued are proof of purchase directly from the Hydrotab.gr Shop and within the 30 calendar day window.
Please do not send your purchase back without our prior confirmation by RTN (Return Ticket Number) through your mail.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned beyond the 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items, if they are defective or damaged due to transportation (related notification must be provided within 3 days after receiving of the item). If you need to exchange it for the same item, open a ticket at support page choosing Technical support on Ticket category field ,once an RTN # has been generated and your return/exchange is approved you can then send the item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
