Όταν μας αποστείλετε μια παραγγελία αγοράς προϊόντων από τον ιστότοπο μας θα σας αποστείλουμε με ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο μήνυμα επιβεβαίωσης της παραγγελίας σας το οποίο και θα εμπεριέχει λεπτομέρειες για αυτή. Η παραγγελία σας αποτελεί μία ζήτηση αγοράς προϊόντος σε εμάς την οποία και αποδεχόμαστε με το ηλεκτρονικό μήνυμα επιβεβαίωσης ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΗΣ ΤΩΝ ΑΓΑΘΩΝ που σας αποστέλλουμε, οποιαδήποτε συμπληρωματικά προϊόντα στην ίδια παραγγελία δεν έχουν αποσταλεί δεν αποτελούν μέρος της δέσμευσης που έχουμε αναλάβει.

11. Επιστροφές

Με την επιστροφή στην εταιρεία μας των μη επιθυμούμενων αγαθών στις αρχικές τους συσκευασίες και σε άριστη κατάσταση, η εταιρεία μας θα επιθεωρήσει τα υλικά και θα προβεί σε πίστωση του κόστους των αγαθών και μόνο, μεταφορικά και λοιπά έξοδα δεν επιστρέφονται.

12. Τιμές και διαθεσιμότητα

Αναφέρουμε τιμές και διαθεσιμότητα στον ιστότοπό μας για τα προϊόντα τα οποία εμπορευόμαστε, η διαθεσιμότητα είναι καθαρά ενδεικτική και όχι δεσμευτική. Ο χρόνος αποστολής είναι επίσης ενδεικτικός και όχι δεσμευτικός.
